Navigation: Home > Check in for an appointment online
You can use Web View to check-in for your appointments over the Internet. Checking-in online can save you time at your doctor's office by allowing you to verify that your personal information and insurance details are complete and accurate before your appointment.
Note: You may not be able to check-in more than a certain amount of time before your appointment. Ask your provider how soon before your appointment you can check-in.
To check-in for an appointment online:
Log on to Web View.
Click Appointments in the left side of the screen. A list of your appointments appears.
Click the Check-In button next to the appointment. The Check-in Demographics screen appears. If the Check-in button is not available, it is too early to check-in for your appointment. Check back nearer to the appointment time or ask your provider how soon before your appointment you can check-in.
Review your personal information in the Demographics screen, and then do one of the following:
If the information is correct, click the Confirm and Proceed button.
If some information is incorrect, click the Change Information button, update the inaccurate information, and then click the Save and Proceed button. If you want to discard your changes and return to the original screen, click the Discard Changes button.
Note: If you have more than one insurance account, the Check-in Insurance Selection screen appears. Click the Select button next to the account you want to use for the appointment. The Check-in Insurance screen appears.
Review your insurance information in the Check-in Insurance screen, and then do one of the following:
If the insurance information is correct, click Next.
If some insurance information is incorrect, select the Check here to indicate some information has changed check box, and then click Next.
If your provider uses a questionnaire to gather additional information during the check-in process, the Check-in Questionnaire screen appears. Do one of the following:
Answer each question in the questionnaire, and then click Next.
If you do not want to complete the questionnaire, click the Skip Questionnaire button.
When you are finished, a message appears telling you that the check-in process is complete. If you indicated that your insurance information has changed, you are reminded to see the receptionist when you arrive for your appointment. Click OK to return to the Appointments screen.
