Recovering your user name or password


If you are a patient and have lost or forgotten your log in information, you can use a link on the Login screen to recover your user name or password.

Recovering your password

To retrieve your password, you must provide your user name and the answer to a secret question associated with your account. If you do not have a secret question and answer set up for your account, contact your provider's office to set one up.

To recover your password:

  1. In the Login screen, click the If you are a patient and have lost your password, Click Here link. The Lost Password screen appears.

  2. Type your user name in the Enter your username field, and then click Find. Your secret question is displayed.

Note: If you have forgotten your user name, click the Can't remember your username? Click here link and follow the procedure below.

  1. Type the answer to your secret question and then click Submit.

Note: The email containing your password will be sent from noreply@webview.pmsi.com and will have the subject line 'Information You Requested'. If you do not receive the email, check your junk email folder.

Recovering your user name

To retrieve your user name, you must provide contact information that can be used to verify your identity.

To recover your user name:

  1. In the Login screen, click the If you are a patient and have lost your password, Click Here link. The Lost Password screen appears.

  2. Click the Can't remember your username? Click here link.

  3. Enter the following information:

Note: The information you enter must match the contact information you have on file at your provider's office.

  1. Click Submit. If your user name was found it is displayed in the Enter your username field.

Note: If your user name could not be found, a warning message appears. Click OK and either re-enter your user information, or contact your provider's office for help.
